Start of a new year, start of a new website. I’m so excited to be able to have an opportunity to help people with their personal wellness goals once the restrictions are lifted due to the pandemic.
In the meantime, I have been busy learning new things, updating and researching in order to move ahead safely.
Meanwhile, I urge you to try and stay positive. If you are isolated or feeling down or depressed, please reach out and talk to someone whether it be a family member, friend, or health care professional. Try and eat healthy, get some exercise and fresh air, even if it’s only for 15 or 20 minutes.

So until we are able to meet in person in order to work on the physical aspects of body work and personal wellness goals, stay home, stay safe, stay healthy.
