September 23 through to September 29 is National Reflexology Week!

Emotions can create areas of built up tension and stress in our bodies. We as humans tend to either a) hold our emotions inside, where things can sit and build up until it makes us physically sick or mentally sick, which is not great, or b) we either release our emotions outwardly (in a not so great way, ie. rage, anger.
A reflexology session can help even out our feelings. You may come in for a treatment and can either relax and calm your mind of worries for the hour. Some people may need to get what is bothering them at the time off their mind. That is also good to help release tensions and stresses.
I want you to leave a treatment feeling a little lighter and more relaxed than when you arrived. We want to be able to relax enough to help our bodies think things through during a stressful time whether it be from work or family tensions. Small steps are precious and the more calm and stress free the body is, the easier it will be to get through some of life’s little hiccups.
